Evidence required
This section lists the evidence that an applicant is required to provide when submitting an application.
RBWM has created a Surface Water Drainage Summary Pro-forma which can be used as a summary of the information required. We recommend that the pro-forma is completed in full and submitted alongside the drainage statement and additional evidence listed below.

| Flood Risk Assessment | This should include; surface water, groundwater, fluvial, reservoir, sewer and any artificial waterbodies, consideration of how flood risk may change in the future such as climate change, application of Sequential Test and Exception test if criteria met, demonstration of a sequential approach to locating a development and consideration of mitigation measures. |
