Notify us of a death

To notify us of a death you will need to supply us with certain information:

  • Name and address of deceased.
  • Date of death.
  • Was the property owned by the deceased.
    • Executor details.
    • Probate date if granted.
    • Who is entitled to the possession of the property.
  • If it is a rental property, name and address of landlord, and tenancy agreement end date.
