Please give each item separately for calendar years 2023, 2024 and 2025 (or financial years, if that's how you hold the data; please say which):
1. The number of applications received.
2. The number approved.
3. The number refused.
4. The most common reasons for refusal (for example the top three, with counts if you hold them).
5. The average (mean or median, please say which) time from receiving a valid application to the decision, in working or calendar days.
6. The current fee(s) you charge a householder for a dropped kerb application and any licence, inspection or supervision fee. A link to your published fee schedule is fine.
