FOI003726 EIR Sustainability and Climate

I am writing to request the following information under the Freedom of Information Act 2000 and/or the Environmental Information Regulations 2004, as applicable.
On 4 August 2016, Cllr Simon Dudley, then Leader of the Council, wrote to Sir James Bevan, Chief Executive of the Environment Agency, on “Mapping of fluvial flood risk”. The letter followed the Council’s unanimous motion of 21 June 2016 calling on the EA to revise its flood maps in Maidenhead to reflect the Jubilee River scheme. The EA’s response was put before full Council on 27 September 2016 (agenda item 9).
Please provide:
1.    A copy of the Environment Agency’s written response to that letter, including any enclosures.
2.    Any further correspondence between the Council and the Environment Agency on this subject between 4 August 2016 and 31 December 2016.
