Under the Housing Act 2004, section 232, local housing authorities must maintain a public register of licences for houses in multiple occupation (HMOs). I request a copy of your authority’s current HMO licensing register.

Please provide the extract in a machine-readable format (CSV or Excel preferred; please do not send a scanned PDF if a structured extract is available), including as many of the following fields as you hold:

- Property address (and postcode)
- Licence holder name
- Licence holder address
- Licence reference / number
- Maximum number of occupants and/or households
- Number of rooms providing sleeping accommodation (if held)
- Licence issue date
- Licence expiry date
- UPRN (if held)
