I am writing to make a Freedom of Information request under the Freedom of Information Act 2000 regarding the availability of four-bedroom social housing across all areas covered by the Royal Borough of Windsor and Maidenhead’s housing allocation and nomination arrangements.
I would like to understand exactly which areas are covered by the council’s housing arrangements and how many suitable properties exist in each area.
Please provide the following information:
1. Complete list of housing areas
Please provide the full list of every town, village, neighbourhood and housing area in which applicants on the RBWM housing register may be offered social housing through the council’s allocation or nomination arrangements.
Please include any areas outside the Royal Borough boundary if they are covered by relevant nomination agreements or housing arrangements.
2. Number of four-bedroom properties
For every area identified above, please provide:
•    The total number of four-bedroom social-rent properties known to the council.
•    The number of four-bedroom properties covered by the council’s nomination agreements with housing associations.
•    The names of the housing associations that own or manage those properties, where this information is held.
3. Properties becoming available
For each area, please provide the number of four-bedroom social-rent properties that became available for allocation through the council’s housing register during each of the last three complete financial years.
Please also state how many of those properties were allocated to applicants through the council’s housing register, where recorded.
4. Future availability
Please provide any existing information held by the council about the expected availability of four-bedroom social-rent properties in each area over the next 12 months.
5. Areas on my housing application

I would also like clarification on whether selecting every available area means that an application covers every area where the council has nomination rights, or whether some properties or housing association schemes are excluded from the selection list.
