I am writing to request a copy of the authority's current public register(s) of licensed houses in multiple occupation and any selective licensing scheme, in a machine-readable format (CSV or XLSX preferred; PDF accepted). Under section 232 of the Housing Act 2004, local housing authorities must maintain and make available a public register of licences. Under the Freedom of Information Act
2000 and the ICO model publication scheme, this information should be available proactively or on request. Please supply, where held: 1. Mandatory HMO licences currently in force 2. Additional HMO licences, if the authority operates that scheme 3. Selective licences, if the authority operates that scheme Preferred columns: licence reference, property address, postcode, licence type, licence holder (as published on the public register), grant date, expiry date, maximum occupants, and UPRN if held.
