Under the Freedom of Information Act 2000, and the Environmental Information Regulations 2004 so far as any of this is environmental information, please provide the following information held by the Royal Borough of Windsor and Maidenhead. Unless stated otherwise, the period is 1 March 2020 to the date of this request.

In this request, "the named organisations" means:
 (a) Datchet Volunteers CIC (company no. 14561514);
 (b) "Datchet Corona Volunteers", or any other COVID-19 volunteer or mutual-aid group operating in Datchet;
 (c) Fudy Limited (08250161);
 (d) KlikLocal Ltd (09186016);
 (e) Thameside Moorings Ltd (13986797);
 (f) 2 Go Online Ltd (06523288);
 (g) Deborah Buckley Property Services Ltd, formerly Home Staging Experts Ltd (14663639).

1. Payments and grants. A list of every payment made by the Council to any of the named organisations. This includes:
  - grants, including COVID-19 community grants, the Household Support Fund and any other community funding;
  - COVID-19 business support grants administered by the Council (for example the Small Business Grant Fund, Local Restrictions Support Grants, Additional Restrictions Grant and Restart Grant);
  - contract or supplier payments;
  - business rates reliefs awarded.
  For each, please give the date, amount, recipient, scheme or purpose, and the decision reference.

2. COVID-19 community response. Records of the Council's dealings with Datchet Corona Volunteers, or any Datchet COVID-19 volunteer group, between March 2020 and December 2022. Please include:
  (a) whether the group was registered or recognised as part of the Council's community response;
  (b) any funding, equipment or in-kind support provided;
  (c) whether the Council shared the names or contact details of vulnerable or shielding residents with the group, and if so the data-sharing agreement or other basis for doing so;
  (d) the name of the group's contact or lead person recorded by the Council.

3. Business rates. Whether any of the organisations (c) to (g) is, or has been, the ratepayer for any property in the Royal Borough since 1 March 2020. If so, please give the property address, rateable value and the dates of liability.

4. Moorings and riverside land. Any mooring licences, leases, permissions or applications (including pre-application planning advice) in the name of Thameside Moorings Ltd or Mr David Buckley. Please also provide any correspondence with either concerning moorings on, or access to, Council-owned riverside land in Datchet.

5. Registers of interests. Copies of every Register of Members' Interests form, and any notification of change, held by the Monitoring Officer for Cllr David Buckley as a member of Datchet Parish Council (RBWM reference 20882) since May 2019, with the date each was received. Please also provide any dispensations granted to him and notified to the Council. I already hold the forms signed on 2 June 2023 and 22 July 2026, and do not need further copies of those two.
