This is a request under the Freedom of Information Act 2000.

First, please provide a list of all current private hire operator licences issued by the council, showing for each one the licence holder’s name, any trading name, the licence number and the dates the licence runs from and to.

Second, please confirm whether the council holds, or has held at any time since January 2022, a hackney carriage or private hire driver, vehicle or operator licence in the name of Toni Butler, of Maidenhead, or under the trading name Tartan Royale or Tartan Royale Taxis. For any such licence, please give the type of licence, the licence number, the dates it runs from and to, and, for a driver or vehicle licence, the operator it is linked to if that is recorded.

If any of this is held on a register that is open to public inspection, please also let me know how I can arrange to inspect it.
