To do that, under the Freedom of Information Act 2000, I'd be grateful if you could provide the following information held by Windsor and Maidenhead, for each of the three financial years 2023 to 2024, 2024 to 2025 and 2025 to 2026 (1 April to 31 March):

1. The number of Blue Badge applications received from individuals.

2. The number of those applications that were refused.

3. The fee charged for issuing a Blue Badge to an individual.

If the information is held in these breakdowns, please also provide, for each year:

4. The figures for questions 1 and 2 split between new applications and re-applications (renewals).

5. The figures for questions 1 and 2 split between applicants eligible without further assessment and applicants assessed by the council.
