I am researching how licensing authorities have determined gambling premises licence applications over the last five years, for an analysis of process and outcomes using recorded information.
I would like the following information, if held, for the calendar years 2021, 2022, 2023, 2024 and 2025.

Please provide the figures separately for:
•    adult gaming centre (AGC) premises licences
•    betting premises licences (excluding tracks)

For each year and each premises type:
1.    Number of new premises licence applications received
2.    Number granted
3.    Number refused
4.    Number withdrawn
5.    Number still pending at the date of your response
6.    Number determined under delegated authority
7.    Number determined at a hearing
8.    Median working days from a valid application to decision (or the mean, if that is the only figure you hold)
9.    Number of applications that attracted representations

I do not need applicant names, addresses, or copies of application files. Counts and timescales in a spreadsheet or table are sufficient.
If providing all of the above would exceed the appropriate limit, please provide advice and assistance on the largest subset you can supply within the limit, starting with calendar years 2023–2025 for adult gaming centre applications.
