I am writing to request information under the Environmental Information Regulations 2004 (EIR). I would be grateful if you could confirm whether your authority owns or maintains any reinforced concrete half-joint structures. If so, please provide the following information for each structure.

Part A - Identification
1. Structure name
2. OS grid reference or coordinates
3. Number of half-joints (if known)
4. Road designation (i.e. the road carried BY the bridge) - A / B / unclassified
5. Year opened or constructed (if known)

Part B - Assessment and Inspection
6. Has a formal structural assessment been carried out? (Y/N)
6.1 If yes, which standard was used (e.g. CS 466, BA 39/93, other)?
6.2 If yes, what is the current assessment rating (tonnes)?
7. Is the structure formally classified as substandard under CS 470, BD 79/13, other? (Y/N)
8. Date of the last General Inspection
9. Date of the last Principal Inspection
10. Date of the last Special Inspection, if any has been carried out
10.1 If applicable, what was the reason this inspection was triggered?

Part C - Current Status and Management
11. Are any traffic or access restrictions currently in place? (Y/N)
11.1 If yes, please describe (e.g. single-lane working with signals, weight limit stated in tonnes, full closure)
12. Are any engineering measures currently in place to manage the structure's condition? (Y/N)
12.1 If yes, please describe (e.g. monitoring instrumentation, propping, load testing, previous strengthening works)

If your authority holds no reinforced concrete half-joint structures, a simple confirmation of that would be very helpful and no further response would be required.
I would be grateful to receive this information in a structured format such as a spreadsheet, in accordance with Regulation 6 of the EIR 2004. To assist with formatting, I have attached a spreadsheet template with one row per structure.
