I would like to request the following information as part of a Freedom of Information Request:

For the wards of Ascot and Sunninghill and Sunningdale and Cheapside, since January 2025:

•    Have there been any discussions with the Home Office or Home Office contractors about using any local property to house asylum seekers including hotels, HMOs or dispersal accommodation?
•    If so has the council approved or affirmed Home Office (or Home Office contractors) use of these properties?  

Please could I also request whether there has been any correspondence between the Home Office and RBWM that mention any of the words Ascot, Sunninghill, Sunningdale or Cheapside, alongside the word asylum.
