We would be grateful if you could provide the following information for the last 10 years:
•    The number of reported incidents or investigations involving tethered dogs.
•    The number of reported incidents or investigations involving dogs kept in cages or confined by other means. 
•    The number of warnings or notices issued to dog owners concerning the tethering, caging or confinement of their dog.
•    The number of prosecutions involving the tethering, caging or confinement of a dog and, where available, the outcome of those prosecutions.
•    Copies of any incident reports, case summaries or case studies relating to the above, with personal or confidential information redacted where necessary.
We appreciate that information may not be recorded in exactly these categories. If this is the case, we would be grateful for any information you hold that most closely relates to our questions.
