I am writing to make a request for information under the Freedom of Information Act 2000.

Please provide the following recorded information held by the authority (or confirm if not held):

1. **Appointed contractors / suppliers — adaptations & DFG bathroom-type works**
  The names of organisations currently appointed, contracted, framework-listed, DPS-listed, or otherwise approved to deliver (or bid for) works relating to:
  - Disabled Facilities Grant (DFG) adaptations;
  - home adaptations for disabled or older people;
  - accessible / adapted bathroom, wetroom, or level-access shower installations (or equivalent).

2. **Standard bathroom and kitchen programmes (where held)**
  Where held as a distinct list, framework, DPS, or contract schedule, the names of organisations appointed for:
  - bathroom replacement / refurbishment programmes in social or LA housing stock;
  - kitchen replacement / refurbishment programmes in social or LA housing stock;
  - housing quality / decent homes-type programmes that include bathroom and/or kitchen works.

3. **Framework / contract identifiers (if held)**
  For each organisation named in (1) or (2): the framework, DPS, schedule, or contract name/reference (if any), and the start and end dates (or “open-ended / rolling” if that is how it is recorded).

4. **Contact details held for those organisations**
  For each organisation named, any contact details you hold that would help identify or reach them, for example postal address, email, telephone number, or website. If you only hold the organisation name, please still provide the name.

5. **Format**
  Preferably as a spreadsheet or CSV; otherwise a structured list is fine.
