I am requesting recorded information concerning the Kidwells Park Pavilion/Café letting process during the period 5 September 2024 to 13 September 2024.

Please provide copies of:

1. Emails, Teams messages, internal messages, notes, meeting records and other recorded communications between Cllr Jack Douglas and relevant RBWM officers concerning the rent/rental offer to be made by [redacted] / The Tuk In in relation to Kidwells Park Pavilion/Café.

2. Any recorded discussion during this period concerning the minimum, appropriate, expected or acceptable level of rent that [redacted] / The Tuk In should be asked or expected to offer.

3. Any recorded communications referring to proposed rent figures of £600 per month and/or £800 per month in relation to [redacted] / The Tuk In.

4. Any records explaining or providing context for the statement made by Cllr Douglas on 10 September 2024 that the offers made were "credible and within the range we expect others to fall".

5. Any records showing the rental figures or rental ranges offered by other prospective operators being considered during this period. I am content for names and other personal information to be redacted where necessary.

6. Any internal assessment, comparison, scoring, recommendation or discussion of [redacted] / The Tuk In's rent offer against other prospective operators' offers.

7. Any records concerning the decision to accept the offer of £800 per month after 12 months rent-free on a 15-year lease, including who recommended and/or authorised that decision.

8. Any communications between Cllr Douglas and officers immediately before or after his meeting with [redacted] on 9 September 2024 concerning the rent figure or offer to be made.
