I am requesting recorded information relating specifically to the process used to market and let Kidwells Park Pavilion/Café during 2023 and 2024.

Please provide copies of:

1. The original advertisement, marketing particulars, Expression of Interest documentation and/or tender documents used when the café/pavilion was first offered to prospective tenants.
2. All instructions, guidance and terms supplied to prospective bidders at the initial Expression of Interest/bidding stage.
3. Documents recording whether prospective bidders were permitted to inspect the interior of the premises before submitting their initial bid/Expression of Interest.
4. Any documents, emails or instructions concerning the arrangements for viewings, including when viewings were first offered and whether they were restricted to shortlisted bidders.
5. Any information supplied to prospective bidders concerning the physical condition, state of repair or suitability for occupation of the premises.
6. Any statement or representation made in the marketing, tender or bidding documentation that the premises were suitable, ready, fit or otherwise in an appropriate condition to be rented/leased or occupied.
7. Any information supplied to bidders concerning repairs, maintenance or improvement works that would be required from the successful tenant.
8. Any information from the 2021 condition survey, or subsequent surveys, that was disclosed or made available to prospective bidders.
9. Any internal documents recording the decision as to what information concerning the condition of the premises should be disclosed to prospective bidders.
10. The documents setting out the process by which the initial expressions/bids were assessed, bidders were shortlisted, viewings were arranged and the successful bidder was ultimately selected.
