I am requesting information concerning the condition survey undertaken in 2021 in relation to the café/pavilion at Kidwells Park, Maidenhead.

RBWM's published minutes of the Maidenhead Town Forum meeting of 5 September 2022 record that “a condition survey had been undertaken in 2021” in relation to the café unit.

Please provide copies of:

1. The complete 2021 condition survey/report, including all schedules, appendices, photographs and accompanying documents.
2. Any recommendations, schedules of works, defect lists or remedial works identified as a result of that survey.
3. Any estimates, quotations or costings obtained by RBWM/Kidwells Park Trust for works identified by the survey.
4. Records identifying which of the recommended works were subsequently completed, together with the dates of those works.
5. Any subsequent condition surveys, building surveys, electrical surveys/EICRs or other professional inspections of the café/pavilion undertaken between the 2021 survey and 23 December 2024.
6. Any reports, schedules or records concerning the condition of the electrical installation during that same period.
7. Any documents recording outstanding defects, repairs or maintenance requirements relating to the café/pavilion immediately before it was marketed or offered for letting.
8. Any documents supplied to prospective bidders/tenants describing the physical condition, repair requirements or electrical condition of the premises.

For the avoidance of doubt, I am seeking existing recorded information and copies of documents held by the Council/Trust rather than asking the Council to create new information.

If any information is withheld, please identify the applicable exemption or exception and explain why it applies. Where only part of a document is exempt, please provide the remainder with appropriate redactions.
