Please provide the information separately for:

1. Council-owned operational/non-housing buildings

This should include, where applicable, offices, community buildings, leisure facilities and other operational buildings owned or managed by the Council.

Please provide the following information for financial years 2024/25 and 2025/26.  Where exact numbers or expenditure cannot readily be extracted from your systems, please provide the information that is held and indicate where figures are unavailable rather than undertaking a manual review of individual records.
