Please could you provide the following information about Broomhall Shoppers’ Car Park in Sunningdale:

1. Who owns the car park?
2. When did RBWM’s lease start?
3. How long is the lease?
4. When does the lease expire?
5. Are there any break clauses or options to extend it?
6. Are there currently any discussions with the landowner about renewing the lease or redeveloping the car park?
7. Could I also have a copy of the lease? I understand that any genuinely confidential financial or personal information may need to be removed.
8. Does RBWM have an option to end the lease early and if so is there any fines or costs to this if RBWM decided to end the lease early.
