I am writing to make a formal request for information under the Freedom of Information Act 2000 regarding public allotment land owned by the Royal Borough of Windsor and Maidenhead Council, specifically relating to Plot 10A managed by the WAHGA Allotment Association.
Please provide copies of the following information:
1.    The original, unamended tenancy allocation records, contract agreements, and application documents for Plot 10A from the time my tenancy commenced in or around June/July 2024.
2.    The official site map, plot boundaries, and documented dimensions (in poles/feet) that were formally registered for Plot 10A at the exact time of my allocation in 2024.
I require these original historical records to verify the exact measurements and pole designation I was officially allocated in 2024, in order to compare them against the physical plot size provided on the ground and to identify any retrospective alterations made to the official documentation.
