We are seeking to understand how the Council is approaching the development of proactive, preventative and predictive care through Technology Enabled Care (TEC).
1. Predict & Prevent Approach
Does the Council currently have a strategy, programme, project or defined approach relating to the use of TEC to predict and prevent increasing care needs, deterioration, falls, hospital admission or other risks to independent living?
If yes, please provide a brief description or a copy/link to the relevant strategy, programme, business case or other recorded information.
2. Priorities and Challenges
What priorities, challenges or outcomes has the Council already identified that it wants proactive, preventative or predictive TEC to address?
Please provide existing recorded information rather than creating a new opinion or ranking for this request.
3. Current Position
Is the Council currently:
•    using Predict & Prevent technology;
•    piloting or evaluating solutions;
•    developing its approach internally;
•    working with an external technology/provider partner;
•    planning future activity; or
•    not currently pursuing Predict & Prevent TEC?
