FOI003608 FOI Transport Policy

I am lodging an FOI request regarding the assessment undertaken and submission made by the Royal Borough of Windsor & Maidenhead (“RBWM”) in relation to the Buckinghamshire Local Plan and that authority’s consultation thereon under Regulation 18 of the Town and Country Planning (Local Planning) Regulations 2012, with particular reference to (but not limited to) the potential inclusion of a large NESS (New and Expanded Settlement Study) site between Bourne End and Wooburn, which potentially could accommodate up to 1750 dwellings and the associated traffic implications for RBWM.
1. Please provide copies of any traffic assessments and/or submissions made by, for or to your authority in connection with the following, whether general or specific:
o The Buckinghamshire Local Plan, draft for Regulation 18 consultation and in that consultation;
o The Buckinghamshire Local Plan, draft for Regulation 19 consultation and in that consultation;
o Traffic impacts arising from proposed development allocations therein affecting RBWM or areas within it;
o Planning applications 21/06215/OUTEA, 23/06479/OUTEA and 23/07579/OUTEA and/or otherwise proposals to develop land around Hollands Farm.
2. Please provide details of any submissions made and/or considered by RBWM in any capacity regarding the cumulative impact of traffic generated by proposals or allocations in the draft Buckinghamshire Local Plan, and in particular any development at or near Hollands Farm, Bourne End, Woodburn and/or Hedsor on the RBWM highway network and in particular but not limited to that in Cookham including Cookham Bridge.
3. Any papers relating to the traffic effects of the potential development of a large NESS (New and Expanded Settlement Study) site between Bourne End and Wooburn, which potentially could accommodate up to 1750 dwellings and/or the NESS and/or its development itself.
