FOI003597 FOI Highways and Public Rights of Way

I would like to make a request under the Freedom of Information Act (2000). I would be grateful if you could provide me with an answer to the following questions:
•    How many blocked or obstructed paths were recorded by your highway authority;
o    at the end of 2024
o    on 31 October 2025
•    How many public rights of way on your highway authority’s register have been continuously unusable - i.e. through blockages, obstructions or extended Traffic Regulation Orders (TRO’s) - for 12 months or longer?
•    How many miles of path is your highway authority currently responsible for?
