I am seeking access to the complete historic and modern planning ledger for the site detailed below. Because these records pre-date your modern online planning portal, I am requesting a comprehensive manual search of your archived files, microfiche records, and off-site paper repositories.
Site Details:
•    Property Name: Manor Lodge (historically Manor Lodge Probation Hostel)
•    Address: 8 Straight Road, Old Windsor, Berkshire, SL4 2RL
Scope of Information Requested:
I am requesting access to all previous and subsequent planning applications, building control records, and structural plans held by the Council for this address, with particular focus on:
1.    The 1965–1968 Conversion Records: All original application forms, architectural floor plans, elevation drawings, and Council committee minutes/Decision Notices regarding the structural conversion of Manor Lodge into a residential hostel (following the Trust Deed of 4 November 1965).
2.    All Prior & Subsequent Records: Any surviving historic maps or building applications relating to the original 19th-century Manor Lodge footprint, as well as all subsequent expansion or modification applications submitted for the site from 1968 to the present day.
