Please could you send me a copy of the Royal Borough of Windsor and Maidenhead's public register of licensed houses in multiple occupation, maintained under section 232 of the Housing Act 2004.
An electronic copy would be most helpful, ideally CSV or Excel, though PDF is fine. As this is a dataset, I would ask that it is provided in a re-usable electronic form in accordance with section 11(1A) of the Freedom of Information Act.
If you consider that any licence holder or manager details cannot be released, please send the register with those fields removed rather than refusing the request. The property-level information matters most to us:
- address of the licensed HMO, including postcode, and UPRN if held
- licence reference number
- issue date, expiry date and current status
- type of licence (mandatory, additional or selective) and type of HMO
- permitted maximum occupants and number of households
- number of storeys, bedrooms and any self-contained flats
