Please treat this request under the Freedom of Information Act 2000 and the Environmental Information Regulations 2004.
I am requesting the following information regarding Jenner’s Riverside Café, Riverside Gardens, Maidenhead:
1.    Confirmation of whether a temporary licence, holding over agreement, or occupation agreement is currently in place between RBWM and the operators of Jenner’s Riverside Café.
2.    The start date and duration of any such agreement.
3.    A list or summary of the obligations included in the temporary agreement, including but not limited to:
o    responsibility for public toilets (including disabled toilets),
o    mooring management or mooring fees,
o    mini golf operation or charges,
o    parking related obligations,
o    rent or rent in kind arrangements,
o    maintenance or cleaning duties,
o    access restrictions imposed by RBWM.
4.    A list or summary of obligations that were present under the previous lease but are not included in the current temporary agreement.
5.    The notice period RBWM may give to terminate the temporary licence or agreement.
6.    Any documents, schedules, or written summaries that describe the scope, conditions, or limitations of the temporary licence or occupation arrangement.
