Request

I am making a request under the Freedom of Information Act 2000 regarding RBWM’s work on cross-pavement EV charging gullies / pavement channels.
Please provide the following recorded information for the period 1 January 2024 to the date of this request:
1.    Grant application and delivery plan
•    RBWM’s application for the EV Pavement Channels Grant.
•    Any delivery plan, implementation plan, milestone schedule or timetable submitted in connection with the £79,000 allocation.
2.    Progress reports
•    Copies of any formal progress reports, monitoring returns or milestone updates submitted by RBWM to OZEV, the Department for Transport, Energy Saving Trust or another administering body in relation to the grant.
3.    Current project timetable
•    RBWM’s latest internal project plan, milestone schedule or equivalent document for introducing cross-pavement charging gullies.
•    If no such document exists, please confirm this.
4.    Procurement timetable
•    The current timetable for RBWM’s existing EV chargepoint procurement.
•    Any recorded timetable for the subsequent procurement relating specifically to cross-pavement charging gullies.
•    Any document recording the reason why the gully procurement is dependent on completion of the wider EV chargepoint procurement.
5.    Liability and maintenance
•    The latest briefing, option paper, risk assessment or policy paper setting out RBWM’s current position on liability, maintenance, insurance, resident responsibilities and long-term ownership of cross-pavement charging gullies.
•    I am not requesting legally privileged advice where an exemption properly applies. Where information is withheld, please identify the exemption relied upon and disclose any non-exempt material.
6.    Working group records
•    The most recent minutes, action log or decision record from the officer or working group reviewing RBWM’s cross-pavement charging policy.
7.    Governance and approval route
•    Any current document setting out the intended approval route for a revised cross-pavement charging policy and any indicative dates associated with that process.
8.    Grant expenditure
•    The total amount spent or contractually committed to date from the £79,000 EV Pavement Channels Grant, together with a brief description of what that expenditure relates to.
For clarity, I am seeking existing recorded information and documents only and am not asking the Council to create new analysis.
