Request

I am writing to make a formal request for information under the Freedom of Information Act 2000.
My request concerns the public open spaces managed by the Council, specifically Dedworth Manor Open Space and Sawyer's Close Park, and the "established arrangements" or permits granted to Windsor & Eton Football Club for their operations and equipment storage at these locations.
Please provide disclosure of the following information and documentation:
1.    The Formal Permit/Agreement: A copy of the written license, permit, service level agreement, or formal lease granting Windsor & Eton Football Club the right to use these public open spaces and permanently/semi-permanently store football goalposts on-site.
2.    Authorized Operational Schedule: The specific permitted calendar days of the week, seasonal dates, and exact times of day that the club is contractually authorized to occupy these sites for training sessions and matches.
3.    Storage & Safety Conditions: Any risk assessments, safety guidelines, or specific conditions placed upon the club regarding the secure anchoring of stored goalposts to ensure they do not present a hazard to the general public.
4.    Public Access and Maintenance Protections: Any clauses within their agreement detailing the restrictions placed on the club to ensure that their equipment and activities do not obstruct daily public access, standard council lawn maintenance, or community parkland use.
