3. Nursing care — standard (2025-26: £1359.00)
4. Nursing care — dementia / EMI (2025-26: £1359.00)
Please also answer the following, which take one line each:
5. Are the two nursing rates quoted INCLUSIVE or EXCLUSIVE of the NHS-funded nursing care (FNC) contribution?
6. Are the rates weekly or daily?
7. From what date do they take effect?
