Request for information under the Environmental Information Regulations 2004 (EIR), or alternatively the Freedom of Information Act 2000
I am making a formal request for recorded information concerning historic agreements and property arrangements relating to Ham Island, Old Windsor and the adjoining Old Windsor Lock Cut.
In particular, my request concerns the Agreement dated 11 August 1982 between Thames Water Authority and the Council of the Royal Borough of Windsor and Maidenhead relating to land adjoining properties at Ham Island.
Please provide copies of the following information held by the Council:
The Council's complete copy of the Agreement dated 11 August 1982, including all plans, schedules and attachments.
Any variations, supplemental agreements or other documents dated 1985, 1986 or 1987 which varied, amended or otherwise related to the 11 August 1982 Agreement, including all associated plans and schedules.
Any correspondence between the Council and Thames Water Authority concerning the making, variation, continuation or termination of the 1982 Agreement during the period 1982 to 1999.
Any correspondence or records held by the Council concerning the termination or purported termination of the 1982 Agreement, including any information concerning a termination said to have taken effect on 30 September 1992.
Any documents or correspondence held by the Council which record or explain the rights under the 1982 Agreement that were considered to benefit individual Ham Island properties when those properties were subsequently transferred or sold by the Council.
Any document held by the Council identified by or associated with Land Registry reference BK238168, insofar as it relates to Ham Island, together with any associated plan, schedule or correspondence explaining its purpose or effect.
