Park Permits: Copies or records of any park hire permits, land-use approvals, or event agreements granted to the New Windsor Community Association (or New Windsor Social Club) to hold events, funfairs, sports activities, or set up equipment in Sawyers Close Park over the last 5 years.
Recent Funfair Event: Confirmation of whether a park permit, risk assessment approval, or Temporary Event Notice (TEN) was applied for or issued for the funfair/community event held at Sawyers Close Park on Saturday 8th August 2026.
Licensing: Records of any Temporary Event Notices (TENs) granted for the provision of alcohol (including alcohol tombola/raffles) or regulated entertainment at the above park for the same association.
