I would be grateful if you could provide the following information:
1. A copy of the current lease agreements relating to Jenner’s Café, Juniors Cafe & Soft Play, the Tuk Shop at Oaken Grove and the Tuk In at Kidwells Park;
2. Where leases have been agreed but have not yet started, a copy of those future lease agreements for all 4 cafes;
3. A copy of any formal decision record relating to any of these 4 current or future leases, including the officer or committee responsible for the decision;
4. Full details of where any rent adjustments have been made in respect of any of those leases;
5. Any equality impact assessment or community impact assessment carried out in relation to the decisions.
