Under the Freedom of Information Act 2000, please provide the following information relating to the vandalism of the newly installed toddler play equipment at the Oaken Grove Park play area, referred to by Cllr Mark Wilson as a cause of the delayed reopening in summer 2026.

1. The date on which the vandalism occurred or was discovered, and a description of the damage caused and the equipment affected.

2. Whether the vandalism was reported to Thames Valley Police, and if so, the date it was reported and the crime reference number obtained.

3. If the vandalism was not reported to the police, the reason for that decision.

4. The cost of repairing or replacing the damaged equipment, and whether that cost was borne by the council, the contractor, or an insurer.

5. Copies of emails sent or received by the council (including correspondence with the play equipment contractor) between 1 May 2026 and 21 August 2026 relating to the Oaken Grove Park play area and containing the search term "vandal" (which will capture "vandalism" and "vandalised"), together with any incident report completed in respect of the damage to the play equipment there.

6. The length of delay to the reopening attributed to the vandalism, as distinct from the delay attributed to the surfacing issues.
