I am seeking the complete historic Building Control record relating to the single-storey rear extension constructed to Flat 1, Bank House, associated with the 2011 development.
For identification purposes, the corresponding planning application was:
RBWM Planning Application: 11/00805
Property: Flat 1, Bank House, The Green, Datchet, Slough SL3 9JH
Applicant: [...]
Planning application date: 22 March 2011
Planning permission: granted 13 May 2011
Description: Single-storey rear extension
The planning decision expressly identifies approved drawings 11.SB-BH.001, 11.SB-BH.002, 11.SB-BH.003 and 11.SB-BH.004, all received on 22 March 2011. In particular, drawing 11.SB-BH.002 appears to have been the proposed ground-floor drawing associated with the extension. The planning drawings themselves state that detailed drawings for Building Regulation purposes would follow following planning approval.
I therefore request copies of all Building Control records held in relation to this extension and associated works, including in particular:
1. the Building Regulations application, Full Plans application or Building Notice and its Building Control reference number;
2. every drawing and plan submitted, including the original and revised ground-floor plans, demolition plans, foundation plans, drainage plans, structural details and construction drawings;
3. any drawing showing the structures, stores, outbuildings or other buildings which were to be demolished or removed as part of the extension;
4. specifications, structural calculations and supporting documents;
5. any amendments, revised drawings or substitutions made during construction;
6. Building Control approval or decision notices and any conditions;
7. commencement notices, inspection records, inspection sheets, surveyors' notes and site visit records;
8. any photographs taken by Building Control officers;
9. correspondence between Building Control and the applicant, owner, architect, agent, builder or structural engineer concerning the extension;
10. any record concerning demolition or removal of the pre-existing rear stores/outbuildings;
11. any record identifying the boundaries or ownership of the land upon which the extension was constructed;
12. any completion certificate, final inspection record or other record confirming completion or compliance; and
13. the complete Building Control file index or document schedule, so that it can be established whether any documents formerly forming part of the file are no longer held.
