Please treat this as a formal request for information under the Environmental Information Regulations 2004, where applicable, and otherwise under the Freedom of Information Act 2000.
I urgently require confirmation of any housing standards, HMO or environmental health enforcement action relating to 45 Wood Close, Windsor, SL4 3JZ, during the period 1 January 2026 to the present date.
In particular, please confirm:
1.    Whether RBWM has served an Improvement Notice under section 11 or section 12 of the Housing Act 2004 in respect of the property.
2.    Whether RBWM has taken Emergency Remedial Action under section 40 of the Housing Act 2004, including service of any associated notice.
3.    If either occurred, please provide:
o    the date of the notice/action;
o    the statutory provision relied upon;
o    the person on whom the notice was served;
o    a copy of the notice; and
o    any accompanying schedule of hazards or required works.
4.    Please confirm the date, purpose and outcome of any council inspection or visit to the property in or around April 2026.
5.    Please provide any available:
o    inspection report;
o    inspection or officer notes;
o    HHSRS assessment;
o    hazard assessment;
o    schedule of works;
o    warning or compliance letter;
o    Improvement Notice;
o    Hazard Awareness Notice;
o    Emergency Remedial Action record; or
o    other formal or informal housing enforcement record arising from that visit.
6.    Please also provide any record from that inspection concerning carbon-monoxide alarms, smoke alarms, fire safety or other HMO safety requirements.
If no Improvement Notice or Emergency Remedial Action was issued, please simply confirm that expressly and identify what, if any, other formal or informal action followed the inspection.
If any document contains third-party personal information which cannot lawfully be disclosed, I would be grateful if that information could be redacted rather than the entire document being withheld.
