Under the Freedom of Information Act 2000, I request the following information concerning the casual vacancy in the Bray Borough Ward created by the death of Councillor Leo Walters:

1. The names of the two local government electors who submitted the request to the Returning Officer for an election to be held to fill the vacancy, pursuant to Section 89 of the Local Government Act 1972.

2. A copy of the written request submitted by those electors to the Returning Officer, including any accompanying covering letter or form.

3. The date on which that request was received by the Returning Officer.

I am seeking only the above information relating to the statutory request which triggered the Bray Borough Ward by-election.
