I would therefore like to establish whether any further application or planning submission was actually made following the initial refusal.
Please provide:
- The reference and details of the initial refused application.
- Copies of the plans, reports and supporting documents submitted with it.
- Details of the reasons for refusal and any information RBWM identified as missing or requiring amendment.
- Details of any subsequent application, resubmission, pre-application or other planning submission made by the architect.
- The reference number, submission date and current/final status of any subsequent application.
- Copies of any plans, drawings, reports or supporting documents submitted after the initial refusal.
- Details of anything the architect was requested to provide but failed to submit or left outstanding.
Correspondence
Please also treat this as a formal request under the Freedom of Information Act 2000 and, where applicable, the Environmental Information Regulations 2004.
Please provide copies of correspondence between RBWM and [...]/Dots Architectural Services relating to this property and project, from the initial application through to the present, including 2025 and 2026.
This should include correspondence relating to:
- The initial application and refusal.
- Any proposed resubmission or second application.
- Requests for further information, amended drawings or reports.
- Documents submitted or identified as missing.
- Any subsequent application that was submitted, withdrawn, rejected or never validated.
Most importantly, I would like confirmation of whether a second application was ever submitted. If it was not, please confirm this explicitly.
