I am making a Freedom of Information request regarding the refurbishment of Oaken Grove playground.
Please provide:
- The original planned completion date and the current expected completion date, together with the reasons for the delay.
- The original estimated/approved cost, the amount spent to date, and the current estimated final cost, including the reasons for any increase.
- The original contract value and completion date, and details of any significant variations or extensions agreed with the contractor.
- The reasons why the refurbishment was scheduled to take place during the school holidays, including any assessment of alternative timings the impact on residents, children and local businesses.
- Any relevant project reports, meeting minutes, correspondence or other recorded information explaining the delays, increased costs and decision on timing.
