Please can you provide the following information for your councils area:

1)      How many FTE Civil Enforcement Officers does the council deploy
2)      How many PCNs were issued by the authority for FY 2025/26
3)      How many FTE staff are involved in PCN processing and appeals
4)      Are the enforcement officers directly employed or provided under contract by ex-ternal provider
5)      Are the back office staff directly employed or provided under contract by external provider
6)      If via contract for CEO’s or back office can you a) name the contractor and b) pro-vide the expiry date for the contract.
