I am seeking historic Building Control records relating to the redevelopment of the Former Windsor Ex-Services Club, 107 St Leonards Road, Windsor SL4 3BZ, subsequently forming, amongst other development, 43–48 Lammas Court, Windsor.
The relevant planning permission was 13/00832 (tel:13/00832), for demolition of the existing services club and construction of six three-storey townhouses and a new services club.
Please provide, or confirm the information recorded within, any Building Control records held by the Council relating to commencement and construction of this development, including records arising from an Approved Inspector Initial Notice.
In particular, I request:
Any Initial Notice relating to the development;
The date the Initial Notice was received/accepted by RBWM;
The name of the Approved Inspector or Building Control body responsible for the project;
Any commencement notification received by RBWM;
The recorded date of commencement of building work;
Any notification that work had reached the stage at which an inspection was required;
The date and description of the first Building Control inspection;
Any inspection records relating to excavations, foundations, foundation concrete, oversite, drainage or damp-proof course;
The complete Building Control inspection history/log, including inspection dates and descriptions of the works inspected;
Any correspondence between RBWM and the Approved Inspector concerning commencement or progress of construction;
Any Final Certificate(s) submitted by an Approved Inspector;
Any Building Control completion certificate or other record recording completion of any of the six houses;
The Building Control/Initial Notice reference number(s) applying to the development.
