Under the Freedom of Information Act, I am requesting the following information:
1. The total monetary value (£) of enfranchisement receipts from residential lease extensions and freehold transfers where marriage value was paid (i.e. on residential properties where the council is the freeholder and the tenant’s lease had an unexpired term of less than 80 years prior to purchase) accrued by Royal Borough of Windsor and Maidenhead from 1st April 2021 to 31st March 2026.
2. What percentage of these receipts (1) were directed into the Housing Revenue Account.
