1.    Your current policies relating to DBS checks and safeguarding.
2.    Statistics showing how many members of staff currently hold enhanced DBS checks.
3.    Statistics showing how many complaints the Council has received concerning the same or a substantially similar issue [...]
4.    The organisational chart identifying the departments, teams and roles of the staff involved in carrying out the actions relevant to my complaint.
5.    Copies of any internal guidance, policies, procedures or training materials that those staff members are required to follow [...]
