Under the Freedom of Information Act 2000 and the Environmental Information Regulations 2004, I am requesting access to official records held by the Council regarding the land, premises, and licensing for New Windsor Community Association located at [2A Hanover way Windsor SL4 5NL.
Specifically, please provide electronic copies of the following:
1. Lease & Asset Information
1.    The full, current Lease Agreement (and any associated deeds of variation, side letters, or break clauses) between Royal Borough of Windsor and Maidenhead and New Windsor Community Association for the site.
2.    The legal boundaries/title plan of the leased land and any reserved public access paths or conditions attached to the land use.
3.    The date of the last rent review or lease renewal, along with any upcoming expiration/renewal dates.
2. Premises Licence & Licensing Compliance
1.    A complete copy of the Premises Licence summary and full licence conditions issued under the Licensing Act 2003 for the premises/site managed by New Windsor Community Association.
2.    The name/role of the designated Licence Holder and current Designated Premises Supervisor (DPS).
3.    Details of permitted licensable activities (e.g., sale of alcohol, regulated entertainment, late-night refreshment) and authorized operating hours.
