I am writing to request copies of documents relating to the Transfer of highway and amenity verge maintenance responsibilities from the Royal Borough of Windsor and Maidenhead to Horton Parish Council.
I understand that Horton Parish Council took on the management and maintenance of highway and amenity verges from 1st April 2012 as part of the Parish Devolution Scheme, and that RBWM subsequently confirmed that the Parish Council undertake the management and maintenance of verges within the parish.
Please provide copies of the following:
1. The Service Level Agreement, Devolution Agreement, Agency Agreement or any other agreement between RBWM and Horton Parish Council covering highway verge maintenance.
2. Any schedule, plans, maps or GIS records identifying the individual highway verges included within the agreement.
3. The delegated authority decision, officer decision notice, Cabinet report or other document authorising the transfer of responsibility.
4. Any subsequent amendments, variations or updated schedules to the agreement.
5. Any records identifying which highway and amenity verges remain the responsibility of RBWM within Horton Parish.
As these documents relate to highways land and environmental maintenance, please treat this request under the Environmental Information Regulations 2004 if appropriate.
