Please treat the following numbered requests as a request for recorded environmental
information under the Environmental Information Regulations 2004. The request is limited to
information held by the Council at the date of receipt. I am not asking the Council to undertake a
new GIS analysis or create new technical information.
1. The precise map, GIS layer, polygon and model evidence relied upon for refusal reason 3 in
application 23/00717/FULL.
2. Any recorded GIS intersection, screenshot, spatial query, measurement or analysis between the
relevant application geometry and Zone 2, Zone 3a, Zone 3b Developed or Zone 3b Functional.
3. The identity of the geometry queried: existing barn footprint, proposed building footprint, red-
line site, title parcel, address point, postcode centroid, or other coordinate or polygon.
4. The model name, issue date, version, annual exceedance probability, defended or undefended
scenario, coordinate reference system and adoption or use date for the dataset relied upon.
5. The native GIS polygons applicable to this location, together with any amendments or
replacement polygons adopted after September 2016, preferably in Shapefile, GeoPackage or
GeoJSON format with metadata.
6. Copies of recorded GIS screenshots, internal flood-risk consultations, technical notes, offcer
emails and other recorded material supporting the statement that the site appeared to lie
within Flood Zone 3b.
7. If no footprint-level GIS intersection or analysis is held, express confirmation of that fact and
identification of the point, coordinate, parcel or other geometry that was used instead.
8. Any recorded current map entry, classification or internal note held by the Council concerning
the flood-zone status of the existing barn footprint.
