My query relates to the lease of land known as the Land at Mill Place. The land belongs to RBWM and is leased to Datchet Parish Council. Please can you tell me the terms of the lease with regard to the use of the land, public access to the land, and maintenance of the land. Also, is there a requirement for the boundary of the land to be fenced off so it cannot be accessed by the public from Cobb Close or entry points other than via Willowfields? (Willowfields is the name of the land at the rear of the Recreation Ground in Datchet.)
