This request is addressed to the Royal Borough of Windsor and Maidenhead as administering authority of the Royal County of Berkshire Pension Fund.

Under the Freedom of Information Act 2000, please provide the following information concerning West Berkshire Council, employer code 4, at the 31 March 2025 actuarial valuation:

1.    Its employer-specific valuation schedule or report showing:
•    allocated pension assets;
•    accrued or past-service liabilities;
•    surplus or deficit;
•    funding level;
•    funding time horizon or deficit-recovery period; and
•    target funding level.

2.    Its certified primary and secondary contributions for 2026/27–2028/29, including monetary secondary payments.

3.    Any final actuarial advice or assessment produced since 10 February 2025 concerning:
•    West Berkshire’s inclusion in Ridgeway Council;
•    the transfer of its pension assets and liabilities;
•    whether Ridgeway will remain an employer in the Berkshire Pension Fund; and
•    any potential cessation, exit payment or alternative arrangement.

4.    Any existing projection of West Berkshire’s employer-specific pension position at 31 March 2028.

I seek the funding valuation used to determine employer contributions, not the separate IAS 19 accounting disclosure.
