I understand that the ceiling fans above the squash courts are serviced at six monthly intervals by a contactor. I believe that the contractor is John Murphy Ltd. I am writing to make an open government request for all the information to which I am entitled under the Freedom of Information Act 2000.
Please send me: A copy of the last servicing report of the ceiling fans above the squash courts, which I understand was performed by an outside contactor, (possibly John Murphy Ltd).
