I am submitting a request under the Freedom of Information Act 2000 regarding the withdrawal of planning application 26/00354/FULL (proposed cancer patient care centre at Grange Farm, Cookham).

Please provide the following information:

1. Withdrawal of the application
•    Any correspondence, emails, meeting notes, or documents held by RBWM relating to the applicant’s decision to withdraw the application.
•    Any explanation provided by the applicant to RBWM for the withdrawal.
•    Any internal RBWM reports, assessments, or discussions concerning the withdrawal.

2. Notification of commenters
•    The policy, procedure, or internal guidance RBWM uses to determine which commenters or interested parties are notified when a planning application is withdrawn.
•    A list of all individuals or addresses who were notified about the withdrawal of application 26/00354/FULL.
•    The reason why some commenters were contacted directly while others — including  — were not.
•    Any internal correspondence or decision making notes relating to the notification process for this application.
