2. Notification of commenters
• The policy, procedure, or internal guidance RBWM uses to determine which commenters or interested parties are notified when a planning application is withdrawn.
• A list of all individuals or addresses who were notified about the withdrawal of application 26/00354/FULL.
• The reason why some commenters were contacted directly while others — including — were not.
• Any internal correspondence or decision making notes relating to the notification process for this application.
